    Return & Refund Policy

    At SPRINKLLY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from our website can be returned, replaced, or refunded, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India).

    1. Return Eligibility

    You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

    • Item received is damaged, defective, or expired

    • Wrong product or incorrect size/model delivered

    • Product is missing parts or accessories

    • Item received does not match the product description

    • Manufacturing defect in toys or electronics

    • Pages missing or printing defect in books

    Return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

    2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

    Returns and refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence

    • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

    • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable content

    • Personal care, hygiene, or consumable items once opened (where applicable)

    • Clearance sale or heavily discounted items (unless defective)

    3. How to Raise a Return Request

    1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders

    2. Select the order and click Request Return

    3. Provide order ID, reason for return, and images/videos (if required)

    Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

    4. Return Pickup & Verification

    • For eligible orders, we will arrange a reverse pickup, subject to service availability

    • In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product

    • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

    Products failing quality check may be returned back to the customer.

    5. Refund Policy

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are initiated as per the original payment method.

    Refund Timelines

    • UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking
      → 5–7 business days

    • Wallet payments
      → 24–48 hours

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
      → 7–10 business days via bank transfer

    Refund delays may occur due to bank processing or public holidays.

    6. Replacement Policy

    • Replacement is available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

    • Replacement requests are subject to product availability

    • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

    7. Partial Refunds

    Partial refunds may be issued if:

    • Product is returned with missing accessories

    • Item shows signs of use or damage

    • Free/promotional items are not returned

    • Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable (where applicable)

    8. Order Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

    • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be returned as per this policy

    9. Shipping & Return Charges

    • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged product), return shipping is free

    • If return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

    10. Category-Specific Conditions

    Books

    • Return allowed only for misprints, missing pages, or physical damage

    • No return for content preference or reading level mismatch

    Kids Toys

    • Must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

    • Battery-operated toys must be returned with all accessories

    Electronics

    • Subject to technical inspection

    • Replacement preferred over refund

    • Products with tampered seals or physical damage after delivery are not eligible
