    • We currently ship across India

    • Deliveries are subject to serviceability of the courier partner

    • Certain remote or restricted PIN codes may require additional delivery time

    2. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

    • Customised or special items (if any) may take longer to process

    3. Estimated Delivery Time

    Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

    • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days

    • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days

    • Remote / rural locations: 6–10 business days

    Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, festivals, or courier delays.

    4. Shipping Charges

    • Prepaid Orders:
      Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout

    • Cash on Delivery (COD):
      Additional COD charges may apply and will be clearly mentioned before payment

    • Free Shipping:
      Available on selected products or orders above ₹349

    5. Courier Partners

    We ship orders using reliable logistics partners such as:

    • Delhivery

    • Blue Dart

    • Ecom Express

    • India Post (where applicable)

    Courier partner selection depends on delivery location and product type.

    6. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS / Email

    • You can track your order under My Orders on our website

    • Tracking details may take 24 hours to update after dispatch

    7. Delivery Guidelines

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address

    • For COD orders, keep the exact payable amount ready

    • Courier partners may require OTP or signature confirmation at delivery

    • Delivery re-attempts depend on courier partner policies

    8. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

    An order may be returned to us if:

    • Delivery address is incorrect or incomplete

    • Customer is unavailable after multiple attempts

    • COD order is refused at delivery

    In such cases:

    • Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

    • Re-shipping will be done only after additional payment (if applicable)

    9. Damaged Packages at Delivery

    If the package appears tampered, damaged, or open:

    • Do not accept the delivery

    • Take photos and inform us immediately at support@sprinklly.in

    • Claims raised after acceptance may not be eligible

    10. GST & Invoice

    • All shipments include a GST-compliant tax invoice

    • Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise

    • Invoice is sent along with the product or via email

    11. Force Majeure

    We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.
